Clément has a passion for food and technology, which has led him to be involved in both for the past decade.

Culturally opened he has spent a few years in China in the food industry.

As director of Smart Food for Paris&Co for several years, he has a strategic vision of these domains as well as a deep knowledge of his environment.

Clément holds a double Master degree in business and management from Paris Dauphine and the University of Newcastle.
